is a PIN photodiode featuring excellent response and high
photocurrent. This device consists of a large chip with
1.2x1.2mm active area mounted on the TO-46 stem and is sealed
with epoxy resin. These devices are designed to be optically
easy to set up with a wide half sensitivity angle.
